TinChat is an adults-only service, but it is not an adult content service. Nudity and sexual acts on camera are prohibited, and so is asking strangers for explicit material. Adults flirting with adults is fine — explicit content is the line, and accounts that cross it get closed.
Harassment, hate speech, threats, or singling someone out for who they are — all of it ends accounts. No means no, on camera exactly as in text. Not feeling a chat? Skip — one tap, nobody owes an explanation. The habits that keep good calls good are collected on the safety tips page.
Every user must be 18 or older. If the person on your screen looks underage, report the match immediately — reports go straight to human reviewers. Accounts tied to minors are removed and, where the law demands, referred to the authorities.
Asking strangers for money, gift cards or off-platform payments is banned, and so are promotional links and scripted pitches. Recording, screenshotting or rebroadcasting your match is equally out — a private call stays private at both ends.
Reports and blocks both feed human moderation. A first offense can mean a time-out from the queue; conduct that clearly earned it means a permanent removal. The help center explains the report and block mechanics one step at a time.
