The direct line

Email [email protected] from any address you like — no account needed, no form to wrestle. One complete message gets solved faster than three fragments, and a human being reads everything that arrives.

What belongs in your message

Say what happened and roughly when, name your device and browser, and attach a screenshot if the issue is something visible. Never send passwords, full card numbers or ID documents — support will never ask for those. About another user? The approximate time of the match helps the crew locate the session.

How fast we answer

Most messages get a reply inside one working day. Safety reports and coin or payment questions can take a few days longer — they pass through human review or the payment processor, and that extra care costs time. Weekends run slower.

Where email works, and where it stops

Billing questions move fastest with the payment receipt attached. For flagging a specific match, the in-call report button beats email — it bundles the session automatically. When a rule is disputed, the community guidelines decide, not the inbox.

Before you hit send

Camera permission, skipping, coins, blocking — the everyday questions already have answers in the help center and the FAQ. Look there first; and if something genuinely is not covered, say so, because a missing answer is a bug we want to fix.
